In 1992, Deborah A. Kuyrkendall joined Kuyrkendall & Company, Inc. where she became a partner in commercial sales, property management, residential estate leasing and sales, and marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
Her career in real estate began at the Bexar County Housing Authority followed by the San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) where she directed and administrated the operations for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, Public Housing Program, and the Real Estate Services Division. During her time as a member of SAHA’s Senior Executive Staff, Deborah managed an annual budget of $100 million, 13,000 Housing Choice Vouchers, 6,400 Public Housing units, 6,000 non-profit units, and 3,700 units of public/private affordable and market-rate housing with a total development cost of $330 million.
Deborah is an active member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She also holds the following certifications: Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, S8 Management Certification, and Certified S8 Financial Manager.
